Purchase Information – To purchase one of our Spa Packages as a gift over the telephone, simply contact our Spa Coordinators at 281-359-4682 and they will handle your purchase. Gift Certificates purchased over the telephone may be faxed or mailed to the recipient. A $5.95 fee will be charged for mailing your gift. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted as phone payments.

Or you may visit our Spa Coordinators in person at the Salon to make your purchase. Cash, checks and Visa, Mastercard are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy – As a courtesy to our technicians and other clients, if you must cancel your Spa Package

A 24 hour notice is required.  To reschedule your package, there will be a $35.00 fee, rescheduling may take place only one time.  No-shows will redeem your Spa Package.  Late arrivals may cause your service to be shortened or rescheduled.

Cell Phone Use – In order to enjoy an relaxing day at the Spa we ask that you turn your cell phone off.  If you would like to use your phone we will be glad to escort you to a private area.  We truly appreciate your cooperation.

Smoking –  Park Avenue is a Non-Smoking Facility

Children – Please make other arrangements for your children as a courtesy to others who are enjoying their Spa services.  We love children however, we have strived to make our facility a tranquil and peaceful for relaxation and as a courtesy to others who are enjoying their Spa services.
