Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please contact your technician directly.  For more information, call the Salon at 281.359.4682.

Group / Bridal Appointments
Parties for all occasions may be scheduled, such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Ladies day out, Tea Parties and Bridal occasions. Please contact our Salon Coordinator at 281.359.4682. We suggest scheduling your day at the spa as soon as possible for availability.

Appointment Times
We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow you to unwind and check in. Arriving late for your scheduled services may reduce the time for your session. We will do everything possible to give you your scheduled services, however, you may not be able to receive your full treatment.

Return/Refund Policy
Sorry, but no returns or refunds are given on any spa package purchase

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our technicians and other clients, if you must cancel your Spa Package services, a 24 hour notice is required.  To reschedule your package, there will be a $35 fee, rescheduling may take place only one time. No-shows will cause your Spa Package to be considered redeemed.  Late arrivals may cause your service to be shortened or rescheduled.

Children
Please make other arrangements for your children as a courtesy to others who are enjoying their Spa services.  We love children however, we have strived to make our facility a tranquil and peaceful for relaxation and as a courtesy to others who are enjoying their Spa services.

Cell Phone Use
In order to enjoy a relaxing day at the Spa we ask that you turn your cell phone off.  If you would like to use your phone we will be glad to escort you to a private area.  We truly appreciate your cooperation.

Park Avenue is a Non-Smoking Facility.

Gift Certificates
Our services and spa packages make a gift to be remembered. Gift Gift certificates are available for many combinations of services. Contact our Spa Coordinator for Gift Certificates. Certificates are delivered by mail, overnight delivery or by fax, directly to the recipient. There is a shipping and handling fee for mail deliveries.
